Shipping, Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is placed and payment is verified, there will be an in house processing time of 3-5 business days.

The order should arrive within 1-3 weeks (depends on your location). Tracking and secure checkout are provided for all orders.

We will cover any issues with delivery that did not reach its destination.

If you place an order successfully, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. The order confirmation email was sent to the email address, which you used for your order. Then if the item is shipped, you also will immediately receive a shipping email.

Note: Due to the carrier system, your tracking number information may take up to 3-5 business days to be visible on the carrier website.

For logistical purposes, items in the same order may arrive separately. We do this to ensure that items are shipped to our customers as quickly as possible.

Before contacting us, you may also try contacting your local post office if your tracking number shows your parcel has arrived in your city. Please note that we are not held liable for any incorrect shipping addresses and phone numbers provided during purchase. In case there is a mistake in your shipping information, please let us know ASAP.

Please head over to our shipping methods page to re-check the transit time for your country. On some occasions, there can be a delay to your delivery.

You know sometimes something was out of our control but we are trying our best to solve your problem.

If your delivery date has passed, please contact us at our contact us page and have your order number ready so we can investigate where your order is.

We're quite dynamic when it comes to choosing our couriers. As much as possible, we use local couriers. There are instances though where we tap other couriers to ensure safety and timely delivery of your order.

Contact us within 24 hours upon placing your order if you plan on making changes to it. If your order is already processed, we are sorry but we can no longer make any changes to it. We prioritize shipping your orders as quickly as possible and have the understanding that you want the same.

We understand returns happen. If you wish to return your order, please do it within 30 days from delivery date and contact us via email at support@vermith.com for the return instructions.

* For damaged, missing or delivered but not received packages shipped via Fedex, you must notify us within 15 days from delivery date.

Refusing the delivery will result to the order not being tracked properly for return. If you wish to return the product, do it within 30 days from delivery date and contact us via email a support@vermith.com for the return instructions.

Ordering, Billing & Fees

By default, we use US Dollar. Our system will convert your payment automatically using your local currency upon checkout.

You can pay for your order by:
• PayPal
• Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Diners, AMEX)

Shipping fees are as follows:
US mainland: US$5 per order
Other Countries, US States and Territories: US$5.

We also offer free shipping for orders amounting to $68 (excluding shipping fee) and processed directly from our website.
